At Beta you will have a dedicated account manager who will always be available to help with your ordering requirements. In addition, you can enjoy the benefit of a 30 day net monthly credit account (subject to status). All account managers are fully product trained by the respective manufacturers on a vast portfolio of product ranges to ensure you are getting the best and most accurate information around. MARKETING

Our marketing team aim to work with you to help support and grow your business and assist you with all your marketing requirements. They are available to answer queries, provide literature, images, organise training or help you create media to promote end-user awareness.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

Being authorised distributors of leading manufacturers, we aim to supply only the highest quality, genuine products. Our customer service team are always on hand to assist your.In the unlikely event of a problem, simply contact the customer service department for a trouble-free returns procedure.

FINANCE

The finance department will deal with all new account enquiries and credit terms, as well as managing invoices and credit notes for current customers. If you have any query regarding this aspect of your account our friendly accounts team will be on hand to help.

PURCHASING

Our purchasing department liaise regularly with the manufacturers to ensure we secure the best deals possible so that we can pass great pricing and quantity offers on to you. If there are products which you would like to see Beta stock, then contact your account manager who will pass your requests onto the purchasing department.

LOGISTICS

Our London warehouse manager deals with all London based collections as well as dispatching and receiving goods to and from customers. Our main warehouse in Birmingham is the crux of the Beta operation where 24h picking, packing and delivery takes place.

THE DIRECTORS

With an impressive 67 years worth of combined industry experience behind our directors, Beta and its customers are in good hands.

Gary Wilson is our Chairman who started Beta as a small service agent for Canon Calculators 29 years ago. His leadership skills and foresight has enabled Beta to grow into one of the UK ’s largest office equipment distributors, boasting the achievement of being both Panasonic and Canon’s number 1 UK distributor.

Irene Wilson is our Director of Human Resources, thus ensuring Beta employs only the highest calibre of staff. She has been involved in all aspects of Beta from the very beginning, giving her 29 years worth of industry experience alongside Gary.

Both Gary and Irene worked for Gellef before deciding to branch off together and setup their own business which has grown from a small service agent for Canon Calculators into what you see before your eyes today, Beta Distribution.

Steve Soper is the Managing Director of Beta and has been with us for 17 years gaining his ACCA qualification in June 1998 gaining him his position of Financial Director. In April 2006 Gary Wilson became chairman, passing the reigns of Beta to Steve. Gary welcomed his new ideas and continual commitment to supply quality products at competitive pricing whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
